Who is Casen?
Well, that’s a long story. Just like your story, it goes on and on doesn’t it? At some point we were born, we experienced challenging lows and exalted highs. We won, we lost. We grew wiser. Sound familiar? Maybe when we have more time, we can share a meal and a bit more of our story. For now, the highlights and the lowlights will have to do.
I’m a very curious fellow
I’ve built race cars from the ground up. Robots. Game-playing AI. Enormous event-driven cloud architectures, real-time navigation and routing systems, fancy web pages, email campaign systems, etc.
I once could solve a Rubki’s cube in 26 seconds, and I read the entirety of the final installment of the Harry Potter series in a single day.
My curiosity opens up whole new worlds every single day.
My heart is your heart
I am open to and accepting of absolutely everyone. No exceptions. As far as I can tell, we are designed to give and receive love. Learning how to do so gracefully is the human curriculum.
In everything I venture to do I ask myself “How can I bring more of my loving, humorous and sweet nature into this?”
Life is too short to prioritize anything else.

My core strength is my vision of the future. Like a delightful game of intellectual hot-potato, my mind leaps between conceptual frameworks with ease. In all things, I see possibilities. I see systems. I see laws of nature.

I love learning
As an ENFP, I’m quick on my feet. I can drop into any situation and figure out out fast. I love meeting new people and new ideas, in fact, that’s my life blood.
My eyes go wide with joy when I find connections between far-flung people, places, and ideas. Life truly is an endless opportunity to learn.

With nearly two decades of startup experience, I’ve seen it all. I’m looking to partner with talented founders and CEOs that have a track record of finding market traction, and whose interests lie in creating prosperous, generative enterprises that serve all life on this earth and beyond.
I’m uniquely positioned as an engineering leader for early stage companies because I have a visionary sense of possibilities, a deft ability to communicate that vision, and the practical skills as a software engineer to make those visions a reality.
